Ryan oversees the whole writing process at NoCramming, from finding new services to review and tracking writers’ tasks to checking out the final drafts and polishing them off.
When a review draft lands on his metaphorical desk (or, rather, in his inbox), he gets to work. He verifies that it complies with NoCramming’s reviewing policy and contains no factual errors or grammatical and punctuation mistakes. He also edits those drafts for brevity and clarity if necessary.
