What is Paper24? It is a platform that provides help with research papers, dissertations, homework, assignments, and more. Its About Us page states Paper24 was founded by a certain Vlad, who’s “had experience in the industry” since 2016.

The company behind the service is OSA Management LLP incorporated in the United Kingdom, with headquarters in London. However, we can’t tell you how long Paper24 has been in business, really; the website seems to have been created in 2023, judging by the disclaimer in the footer.

Moreover, we’ve checked the domain history to clear our doubts. Turns out that the domain name “paper24.com” was still on sale in 2022:

So, the real story behind this service remains a murky secret.

How reliable is Paper24? To answer this question as best as possible, we didn’t just explore its website from the homepage to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We also tried to ask customer support some questions and placed an order for a 500-word essay on nihilism in Nietzsche’s works.

But that’s not all. We dug deep into Paper24 reviews on SiteJabber, Reviews.io, Reddit, and social media, too. We wanted to know: is the platform’s high rating a result of honest work – or a bot farm’s doing?

Our findings were... somewhat disturbing. While Paper24 does deliver papers in exchange for your money, their quality is far from great. (Our essay seemed to have been written by someone who’d just discovered who Nietzsche was.) Besides that, writer profiles don’t exactly scream “trustworthy,” and we couldn’t reach customer support at all. The platform seems to be ridden with bugs, too.

So, all in all, Paper24 isn’t a great choice if you’re looking for good value for your money – or if you just want your ordering process to be smooth sailing.

Let’s kick off our Paper 24 review with a quick platform overview. When we first visited the website, we couldn’t help but feel charmed by its sleek, modern design. But don’t let it fool you: once you start reading the actual text on the main page, you can get an inkling that something is wrong.

Some passages on the homepage gave us the impression they were generated by ChatGPT – or, maybe, written by a non-native speaker:

And the video on the experiment a TikTok influencer ran for them? The video itself doesn’t contain a recorded testimonial from a professor who couldn’t tell the difference between an essay purchased at Paper24 and one written by a student. (And it was just one person.) So, our critical thinking doesn’t let us believe its selling point – that Paper24’s help is undetectable – that easily.

To be fair, once you start placing the order, the process itself is intuitive. The order form guides you through every aspect. We only wish we could see a quote for our hypothetical order without having to create an account (this is what we recall mentioning in MyAssignmentHelp reviews, too). Some platforms add a calculator on the homepage for that purpose.

When we started looking for ways to contact customer support for our Paper24 review, we were taken aback. No matter how many times we clicked the button to open the live chat, nothing happened. (We tried to do it from the homepage and the footer to no avail.)

So, if you want to ask a question before placing an order, tough luck: you won’t be able to get in touch with anyone. Live chat is the only obvious way to contact support; no phone number is listed on the website. The Terms and Conditions, however, mention one email address, support@paper24.com, but it’s not open to customer questions.

After that fiasco, we decided to try and see if it’s possible to contact support via the account. But there’s no button or link to the live chat in your personal space!

The bottom line is we couldn’t reach support at all, so we can’t tell you whether it’s good. So, is Paper24 cheating? When it comes to customer support, it’s likely.

Let’s start with a basic question. Who are writers on this platform, exactly? What are the selection criteria at this service?

Both the homepage and the About Us page try to address these questions, but they don't succeed. The answer is only several lines long, and it contains nothing but general statements about how great the writer team is.

Writer profiles didn’t give us any idea of why Paper24 selected them – or who they are, really. Those profiles lack basic information you’d find on other platforms, like their academic credentials, reviews from previous customers, or detailed order stats. You can’t even see their photos – only a generic vector image!

So, you have to choose your writer based on their success rate, rating, and listed skills. But let’s be blunt here: the first two figures can easily be faked. On the other hand, Paper24 provides writing samples, but those don’t always reflect the day-to-day paper quality of a select writer. The writers’ About Me descriptions look like AI-generated text, too.

Is Paper24 cheating when it comes to writers’ skills? We’re inclined to believe so after our own experience. The essay we received followed the outdated version of the APA guidelines and barely scratched the surface in terms of depth. It was also ridden with grammar mistakes.

If you want to explore the Paper24 cost before placing the order, you won’t be able to. There’s no calculator anywhere on the website, so you’ll have to start filling out the form to get a quote.

Like at any other platform, the exact order cost depends on the academic level, paper type and length, and urgency. Here’s a basic price list to give an idea of Paper24’s pricing policy for writing a college essay based on the deadline:

Is Paper24 free when it comes to formatting, revisions, and other additional services? In a word, yes. Revisions are supposed to be free within a set period of time after you get your order. Formatting is also included in the per-page rate.

As for discounts, you can get one if you order more than one page. Plus, theoretically, there may also be a referral program. If you go to your profile, you’ll see a button titled Referral Candy Portal where, presumably, you can get rewards for referring your friends. But when we clicked on the button… we got redirected to the homepage.

Paper24.com promises a sound revision policy. For short orders (under 10 pages, slides, or questions), you can ask for as many edits as you want, free of charge – within 14 calendar days. For longer orders, the deadline is extended to 30 calendar days.

In our case, our minor revisions – the ones concerning several factual mistakes and improperly formatted references – took three days to get incorporated into the draft. That’s a long turnaround, especially if your due date is dangerously close to the initial deadline you set for your writer.

For this Paper24 review, we took a deep dive into Terms and Conditions. And there’s just one thing that made us feel ill at ease: according to this document, you may be required to pay for edits “in certain circumstances.” But the policy doesn’t specify what “certain circumstances” can mean. To us, it sounds like Paper24 reserves the right to charge you for the supposedly “free” revisions.

Is Paper24 trustworthy when it comes to paper originality? Well, you won’t find a promise of a free plagiarism report anywhere on the website, which is already a red flag. In fact, you won’t find a mention of a plagiarism report at all.
