The chance of finding a service with no negative reviews is almost zero, especially when it comes to custom writing. Yet, Studyfy manages to achieve that. Across all review aggregation platforms, Studyfy has ratings ranging from 4.4 to 4.9 stars out of 5. 

When first researching Studyfy, we expected to see at least a couple of reviews detailing customers’ negative experiences, for example, about plagiarism. But somehow, everything we saw about the service was positive, including the writing quality, turnaround time, and ease of use.

But does that mean that the service is perfect? 

When you are reviewing online writing services, there are some important questions to ask. Can you get help from professional writers? Will the order meet your deadline? Is the support team helpful? Can you be sure that there won’t be any AI cheating involved? In the case of Studyfy, the answer to all questions is “yes.”

The downsides of the platform are minuscule, so we can say that your overall experience, as you will find out throughout our Studyfy review, is going to be quite pleasant. With a reasonable starting price, all you have to do is pay attention to… Well, let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Our first stop in this Studyfy review is customer support. Past customer comments suggested that the agents were quick to respond and friendly. To check this first-hand, we decided to contact them before even placing our order.

We wanted to know how responsive the support team was, and we were pleasantly surprised. Upon learning that we are not ready to order just yet, the support agent who answered our text politely answered all of our questions, without constantly trying to make a sale. 

The next time we contacted the support team was upon placing our order. Again, the agent was patient and polite with us. We should mention that the team answers really quickly. Both times that we reached out to them, we didn’t have to wait more than one minute, even at night. 

This might seem like nothing special, but it’s a nice touch. Sometimes, you see a 24/7 promise and end up waiting for more than an hour for a customer support representative to reply if it’s past 10 p.m. So, all the comments of past customers about Studyfy’s customer service are true.

Almost every Studyfy review on the platforms we’ve checked compliments the service’s writers, and we can see why. Honestly, we’ve never seen so much relevant information in writers’ profiles. Click on the tab “About the Writer,” and you’ll be able to check how many orders they’ve completed, what they specialize in, and other helpful information. 

Once you fill out the order form and different writers start applying for it, you might get overwhelmed by the sheer number of options. Too many writers are at your service, and most of them look great. But it’s not the worst problem to have. Plus, you can message the writers directly, which should make it easier for you to pick someone. 

After selecting the writer for our order, we started communicating with them regarding the task. The writer asked us several clarifying questions prior to taking the task and while working on it. 

While discussing our essay on the Loss of Sense in Osamu Dazai’s “No Longer Human,” the writer asked whether they should focus on the book solely or take the author’s biography and different adaptations of the book into account as well. 

In the end, our writer followed all of our instructions and nailed the task. We were impressed.

Based on what we’d seen in other Studyfy reviews while researching the service, Studyfy takes deadlines seriously. When you place an order, you’ll include the information on when you need it completed. It’s part of the order form, so choose whatever works best for you. You can request a deadline as short as 3 hours for urgent orders, but we recommend giving your writer more time for the best results.

We chose the 24-hour option and still received the final draft of the paper (after two revisions) 6 hours earlier than we expected. Looks like other customers’ reviews are accurate. You don’t need to worry about the time when ordering academic help from Studyfy. The writers there are quick and competent.

The service promises a high level of originality and zero AI content. 

We requested both plagiarism and AI detection reports to verify those claims (the reports are free, by the way). They showed 96% originality and human-written content, respectively. 

But we didn’t stop there and ran the paper through five different plagiarism checkers and AI detectors. The AI checks came back at 100% human-written, and the plagiarism checks showed results between 94% and 96% originality. The only non-original content was in-text citations and quotes – all properly cited.

The citations and references were done correctly in the format requested. We also noticed that the sources selected were all academic and relevant to the topic. Overall, we were more than happy with what we received.

As you can see from our Studyfy review so far, our verdict is that it’s a good service. The writer, Maria, communicated effectively via the chat platform. We felt the writer understood the assignment directions clearly. She also asked questions to ensure we were on the same page about the assignment. At the same time, as we keep repeating in our PaperWriter, SaveMyGrade, and other reviews, there is always room for growth.
