Live chat was overall a satisfying experience. Once we got through the automated response and the wait, the customer support representative quickly answered all of our numerous questions, like “Is Speedy Paper safe?” and “How much will this order cost me?” We’ve tested various platforms that offer academic writing services, and SpeedyPaper’s response times in the chat are on par with some of the best platforms in this industry.

However, we wouldn’t recommend trying to reach Speedy Paper’s customer service team via email. It’s way slower than the live chat, which can be a problem when your order is urgent.

Other customers who left SpeedyPaper reviews on different platforms either don’t mention missed deadlines or directly praise on-time delivery. So, you can be sure you’ll get your paper on time with SpeedyPaper. Our order was delivered ahead of the deadline, too.

The maximum turnaround you can request is 20 days, while the minimum one is 6 hours. Is SpeedyPaper legit when it comes to originality? The company stores a copy of every order in an internal database to ensure the subsequent orders aren’t plagiarized. This is a good sign.

We requested that our essay on gun violence in the U.S. be accompanied by a plagiarism report. When we got it, it showed 7% plagiarism – hardly catastrophic. We ran the essay through two other plagiarism checkers: one showed 6% plagiarized, the other one – 9%.However, this isn’t an issue. What’s flagged as “non-original content” is often terminology, in text citations, quotes, or even the standard title page—especially if you’re using an extra sensitive plagiarism detection tool. We encourage you to always analyze the plagiarism report instead of simply assessing the number you’re seeing.
