The website is missing some information that most of the potential clients want to know, but it’s still quite easy to navigate.

Before placing the order, we used their email and asked them how to place an order and how the service works. The agent took about 10 minutes to reply, which is quite fast for email communication. The answers we got were quite similar to the FAQ section but with more detail and facts. The agent also offered to help us with placing the order.

During the order process, we went on live chat to ask the support rep to help us pick a writer. We were placing the order at night to see how fast the response time was for both the support and writers. The agent replied within minutes. She told us what criteria we should be looking at and explained how to pick the best expert for our paper. 

In the morning, we used WhatsApp to ask about the order process and request a draft. The agent replied quickly, was very polite, and sent us a rough draft of the assignment.

However, WritePaper does have discounts. You might have seen us claiming in our Essay Pro reviews that Essay Pro has the best deals and discounts for clients. Well, WritePaper is a close second. First, you can get 10% off your first order using a Write Paper promo code. Also, if you’re placing an order for a longer paper, there’s an extra discount. If it’s a 4-page paper, you get 15% off; if it has seven or more pages, the discount goes up to 30%.

As a result, if you’re ordering a larger order, especially if it’s not too urgent, you end up with a surprisingly low price per page. We paid only $57 for our 5-page essay, which was pretty urgent.

One of the things you will see in WritePaper reviews is that WritePaper’s writers are great at following the client’s deadline, no matter how tight it is. The service’s website also claims that 99%+ of all orders are delivered on time; on the rare occasion they aren’t, it’s usually because of an emergency.

One of the free features offered by WritePaper is an originality report. Obviously, we had to check if it was true and cross-reference it with other services. When we received our final draft, we contacted support to ask for the report. They came back almost immediately with a PDF file stating that the paper was 97% original. Only the references were plagiarized.

To make sure the report was true, we ran the essay through WriteCheck and Quetext. Writecheck showed 4% of plagiarized content, while Quetext showed 0%. Either way, it is a good result, and it proves that the free report provided by WritePaper can be trusted.

WritePaper’s refund policy is solid when it comes to plagiarism. If you receive a plagiarized paper and send WritePaper a report from a reputable service, you are entitled to a refund. Lots of WritePaper reviews online can confirm this as well.

To summarize our WritePaper review, let’s look at some pros and cons we’ve discovered while looking into WritePaper.
