Now, is Nerdify reliable when it comes to customer support in sticky situations? Customer reviews seem to indicate it’s not. Some negative reviews specifically call out Nerdify for its customer support quality when reviewers were requesting a refund.

Overall, customer support isn’t easily reachable but responds to requests for information fine. However, in sticky situations like refund claims, customer support reps seem to be more likely to take the side of the company.
