That said, once we started chatting with a representative, our irritation dwindled. They responded to our question in detail, albeit at times, it seemed like some of the answers were pasted from a Google doc prepared in advance. Our questions revolved around the key topic: “Is Nerdify expensive?”

Now, is Nerdify reliable when it comes to customer support in sticky situations? Customer reviews seem to indicate it’s not. Some negative reviews specifically call out Nerdify for its customer support quality when reviewers were requesting a refund.

Overall, customer support isn’t easily reachable but responds to requests for information fine. However, in sticky situations like refund claims, customer support reps seem to be more likely to take the side of the company.

Since you’re a student, you probably can’t pass up an opportunity to save a buck when getting help with a particularly challenging assignment. Sadly, Nerdify doesn’t offer such an opportunity. Is GoNerdify secure when it comes to payments? We couldn’t find any evidence to demonstrate wrongdoing or security failings when researching for this Nerdify review.

We received our essay right on time, almost as if our nerd scheduled the sendoff exactly five minutes before it. When we were analyzing customer reviews, we couldn’t find one that mentioned late delivery. So, we think it’s fair to say you don’t have to be wary of missed deadlines with GoNerdify.
