At PaperDon, you won’t see how much the paper you’re ordering will cost until you sign in. You can use your Google account or email address to do that. To check PaperDon, we ordered a 5-page essay on Nursing. We gave the writer 24 hours to complete the paper, attached the sources we wanted them to reference, and even paid extra for the “choose the best writer” option in the order form. According to PaperDon, for an extra $9.99, we got the best-suited expert for our assignment, someone competent specifically in the discipline and paper type we were ordering.

We also talked to the support team to compare how responsive they would be before vs. after we placed the order. The support team member we got to talk to was perfectly helpful. They explained the “choose the best writer” feature to use and gave us an idea of what we could expect from the writing process and communication with the writer throughout.

Below, we will detail every aspect of our experience with PaperDon. For now, look at the scores we gave to the service regarding pricing, features, ease of use, and so on. As you can see, we found that even the 4.0 score PaperDon holds on Trustpilot is too high; too many issues soured the experience for us.

Don’t expect much from PaperDon when it comes to discounts. On its website, the service attempts to make it seem like it has additional discounts currently. For example, it says you now get free 24/7 customer support instead of paying $13. You’re also entitled to unlimited revisions for free instead of $11.

Please don’t let these “features” fool you. Those are standard industry practices. No decent academic writing service charges clients for 24/7 customer support and unlimited revisions (as long as those revisions are the writer’s fault and not just the client changing instructions repeatedly).

Another important aspect of any academic writing service is its willingness to adjust the draft based on the client’s feedback. So, is PaperDon reliable regarding its revision policy? We’ve seen people complain about PaperDon’s writers refusing to revise their papers or asking for extra revision charges. Keep in mind that the shortest deadlines you’ve perhaps seen on other services (3 or 4 hours) aren’t available at PaperDon. The shortest you can count on is 6 hours, even if you’re ordering a one-page paper. The writer can complete it much faster, and you might receive the first draft in as little as an hour. However, what matters is that they don’t have to, so it’s risky to count on that.

One of the reasons potential clients wonder, “Is PaperDon scam?” (or any other academic writing service) is the fear of plagiarism. Based on our surveys, it’s one of the top three explanations students give when asked why they aren’t using writing services. According to students, the risk of plagiarism is too high, and the potential consequences are too serious.

However, based on what we’ve seen from PaperDon, you have nothing to worry about. The writer who worked on our paper used the sources we attached and cited everything correctly. There were a couple of mistakes in the bibliography, but they were minor, and the writer corrected them when we pointed them out.
