Every time we review a writing service, we also place an order ourselves to see if our experience aligns with what other customers are saying. That’s what we did with TrustMyPaper, too. We ordered a Sophomore-level 5-page research paper on The Core Principles and Techniques in Somatic Therapy with a 24-hour deadline.
If you don’t want to read about our experience with TrustMyPaper in detail, here’s a TL;DR: the service is quite affordable, and the quality is fine. Still, we’d like to see a more customer-oriented approach from writers. Still, it’s a decent option.

Before even placing our order, we contacted TrustMyPaper’s support via the live chat available on the website. It has a brief built-in FAQ, which is very convenient—if your question comes up a lot, you can instantly find an answer to it without even texting the support team and waiting for their response.
We did want to talk to an agent, though—to see how helpful they are—so we asked them about the minimal deadline for a 5-page paper. The chat claims that the average response time is 3 minutes, which checks out—we received a response in about 2. It’s very good compared to some other services.

We called it just to check the response time—and were pleasantly surprised. We only had to wait for about a minute or so before we were connected with an agent.

Almost every Trust My Paper review on Sitejabber mentions high-quality writing, regardless of the subject area, topic, or paper type. This is rarely the case in the writing industry; normally, there are at least a few comments from customers disappointed with the papers they received.
The research paper we ordered was somewhat challenging. Somatic therapy is controversial in the mental health community, and it takes time and effort to make sense of all the research available on it. We tried to help the writer by giving them the names of a few sources that could be a good starting point for their research.

The full price of our 5-page Sophomore-level research paper with a 24-hour deadline was $124.95, but as a first-time customer, we got 17% off and paid only $103.71. Even though our paper wasn’t perfect and required a revision, we still think it’s a good price, especially considering that the deadline for such a research-heavy assignment was tight.
Revision Policy: Do TrustMyPaper Writers Agree to Revise Papers?
As you might remember, we weren’t fully happy with the angle of our research paper, so we asked the writer to revise it. In our revision request, we specifically emphasized that we wanted them to use the sources we mentioned in our initial instructions. We also pointed out a few passages in the paper where the writer’s argument contradicted the current consensus in the mental health community.
The writer agreed to revise our paper almost immediately—which isn’t always the case when you’re ordering from writing services. They also revised the paper in less than an hour despite us giving them 10 hours.
However, once we opened the revised paper, we saw that the writer clearly did the bare minimum. They went through our revision instructions and fixed every argument we pointed at—but nothing beyond that. They also referenced only four of the six sources we asked for.

So, if you’re trying to save money, don’t stop at the promo code—try to place your order early, too.
Based on the reviews we saw online, TrustMyPaper typically delivers orders on time. We received ours in 16 hours, about 6 hours before the due time. Similarly, once we asked for a revision, it was done in about an hour—even though we’d given the writer 10 hours. So, when it comes to deadlines, TrustMyPaper seems solid.
TrustMyPaper’s Plagiarism Policy: Is Originality an Issue?
