TrustMyPaper is a relatively new academic writing service that came into existence in 2019. The company has numerous positive and negative reviews online, so we have decided to clarify the matter and make a full and honest review of the entity to provide our readers with an objective impression of what they may expect to get that. Unfortunately, the company’s services proved to be worse than expected. For this opinion not to be empty talk, we’ll discuss each aspect of the service in detail and will make the final verdict of whether TrustMyPaper is a scam.

The company boasts having 2,000+ writers as their remote staff specializing in over 85 subject areas. An impressive statistic (if it is true). However, this is it. Not a single word about the writers’ credentials, education, ways of verifying the writer’s aptitude and writing skill, and not a single detail of the hiring process. The client remains ignorant about how to choose the best writer and whether he/she has the right to choose overall.

A separate word should be said about samples available on the website. It seems that samples have to exemplify the best work of the company’s writers to give clients confidence in the service. But it’s not the case for TrustMyPaper – its samples are awful, if not to say more. They contain numerous errors, misused articles, and the overall level of English command seems to be low even for an ESL speaker.

The TrustMyPaper essay that we got from the writer was not plagiarized, which nevertheless was a doubtable bonus given the overall quality of writing. The paper looked primitive and simplistic as if a child wrote it and then substituted simple words with long, academic phrases to disguise his mediocre command of English. Such bonuses are a good deal for any client wishing to stay here for long, but the company’s readiness to give so much money back to clients also looks suspicious – who will cover this discount? Can you expect the same level of quality for the reduced price, or will your CHEAPER order get into the hands of inexperienced newbies?

The company’s contacts include a toll-free UK and US phone number, a live chat, and a corporate e-mail. Sounds good, right? Not exactly! We tried to reach out to the company’s representatives via the hotline (which is claimed to operate 24/7) three (!) times on different days and different times of the day. All in vain. The live chat turned out the only prompt contact option as it took support 3 days to respond via email, but the responses in the chat were also too general to consider them real help.
