These good-looking smiling young people are free photos available in Google search, so there is hardly any possibility that they are real.
We ordered a simple 3-page Philosophy essay on the website and paid a premium price for it to be finished by one of top 10 writers, thus expecting an impressive, flawless paper with involving content. Imagine our surprise as soon as we read a paper of the first grader, the one with typos and primitive grammar? The paper was 100% written by a non-ENL writer as some words were contextually confused and looked weird in the context. We don’t even speak of the numerous punctuation mistakes. Our verdict is: the company hires ESL writers from third-world countries who provide poor quality for low prices. Otherwise, it’s hard to explain the pathetic content of our simple school essay.

Again, we had to wait for 12 minutes (!) until the Papers Owl representative bothered to join the chat and got no valuable information other than reference to the company’s terms and conditions. Shame on you, PapersOwl writing service!
Is PapersOwl Legal?
As you can see from this story, our experience with PapersOwl was far from positive and rewarding. The price for the paper turned out unacceptably high for the quality we finally got – almost $18 per page. Given that the company is located (presumably, not for sure) in Tallin, Estonia (a country famous for lax conditions for opening an offshore business), we have no clue why this service costs so much. The Estonian writers have nothing to do with native English speakers, so our firm verdict is – whether PapersOwl is a scam or not, Papers Owl essay is not worth the time and money of clients. It will be a total frustration to get the poor-quality papers for such a pretty penny. We don’t recommend PapersOwl to any of our subscribers, suggesting that you look for professional academic assistants elsewhere.
