Our Experience with AdvancedWriters

To see whether Advanced Writers reviews accurately reflect the paper quality, we decided to order a five-page essay for an undergraduate (yrs. 1-2) history class. To benefit from the lowest rates, we selected a 14-day deadline.

Overall, our ordering experience was smooth and intuitive. We appreciated that we could first fill out the order form (and attach files) and then create an account or log into an existing one without leaving it. The platform offers social login options (Google, Apple).

Once we paid for the order, Elijah M., who has a bachelor’s degree, was assigned to our order within two hours. (You can’t select the helper yourself on the platform.)

We received our essay on the economic and international influences of the 1848 French Revolution on time. The number of sources cited matched our requirements, and they were all high-quality references. The APA 7th edition formatting was done well; we didn’t have any issues with it.

As for the essay content itself, the text listed the most influences we could expect from an undergraduate essay. Yet, it didn’t go into too much detail and forewent a few of the minor precursors, like the bad harvests of 1846.

AdvancedWriters offers customer support via live chat, which is the industry standard. However, it’s not truly 24/7, only from Monday 00:00 AM to Saturday 08:00 PM. You can also reach out to the platform using Facebook Messenger or by calling a toll-free phone number for US and Canadian callers.

For our Advanced Writers review, we decided to test customer service responsiveness via live chat. We wrote a message with our usual question on the available payment methods. We were greeted with a welcome message, which we appreciated. However, we quickly got confused by the system message we received after we sent the initial question.

We got connected to Stacey within a minute despite sending a message late in the evening. While the response was prompt, it didn’t answer our question well enough. We had to google what Solid was and what credit and debit cards it could process. The message after the answer to our question came across as a bit too pushy to us, to be frank.

Overall, we got an answer, and we got it fast, even though it was late.

While researching the platform for our review of AdvancedWriters.com, we couldn’t unearth a single writer profile with actual photos of the person. From what we could gather, though, most experts have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and can be located anywhere in the world.

Our helper turned out to be proactive in communication. He asked us about the essay’s expected structure before getting to work, which was a plus.

AdvancedWriters.com Prices: Full Overview

Overall, AdvancedWriters remains on the more expensive side of the spectrum among the academic help platforms. Its custom writing rates start at $15/page (with a page being equal to 275 words). On top of that, if your order is urgent, get ready to see the rate increase more than twofold for the shortest turnaround, from $15/page to $40/page for high school papers.

As for the extras, formatting, title page, bibliography, and revisions are free, and so are plagiarism reports. However, AcademicWriters charges you differently depending on the category of the writer working on your paper. If you want an ENL writer, for example, your order total will increase by 30%.

You can also request a copy of all cited sources for a flat fee of $14.95 and progressive delivery for an extra 10% of the per-page rate.

If you can’t afford to pay for AdvancedWriters’ services in one go, the platform has you covered. It allows you to pay in two parts: half when you place and half when it’s ready. The catch? It adds an extra 5% to the order total.

Revision Policy

According to customer AdvancedWriters reviews, revisions might take a while, but they’re free. We decided to see how these claims match the reality of asking for a revision. Luckily for us, the essay we got contained a couple of grammar mistakes – the kind even ENL writers may make from time to time if they’re not careful enough proofreading the draft.

Before we requested a revision, though, we found the policy and analyzed it. All in all, AdvancedWriters gives you 7 days to submit a request, which shouldn’t contradict the initial guidelines.

If you pay extra for progressive delivery, though, you’ll have 21 days instead of seven to request free edits.

While the timeframe is somewhat short compared to some other platforms, there’s no explicit limit on the number of requests you can send.

We requested the revision to fix those grammar mistakes, and it took our writer around six hours to introduce them. So, keep in mind that revisions can take this long when you select your deadline, especially if your deadline is tight.

What About Deadlines on AdvancedWriters?

The shortest deadline you can select is 4 hours. However, the lowest rates apply to orders due in 14 days or more. (That’s why we selected a 14-day for the essay we ordered for our AdvancedWriters com review.)

The thing is, urgent orders are way more expensive. For example, a college essay writing rate would skyrocket from $18/page to $44/page if you choose a four-hour deadline.

Now, will you get your order exactly when you need it ready? Based on our experience and the reviews we found online, AdvancedWriters tends to deliver its orders on time. That said, remember to factor in the time for revisions before you select your deadline.

In a surprising twist, you can choose a shorter deadline after a writer starts working on your order. If you decide to take advantage of this option, you’ll have to pay the price difference, of course.

AdvancedWriters.com Plagiarism Policy

Can AdvancedWriters.com writing pass a plagiarism check? To answer this question, we first read up on the platform’s plagiarism policy before running a scan on our essay. Unfortunately, AdvancedWriters doesn’t explicitly state the acceptable originality rate that serves as its internal quality standard:

On the other hand, the platform offers a free plagiarism report for any order, albeit without the results of an AI content scan. The report we received showed a 4% plagiarism rate, which was perfectly acceptable.

We ran two independent scans on the text, one with QueText and another with Grammarly. Both returned somewhat different results: 9% and 11%, respectively. While 9% is still fine in most cases, an 11% rate could pose problems. True to the platform’s word, however, the highlighted sentences didn’t involve direct copy-paste—the phrases were just too clichéd to be deemed original.

AdvancedWriters Pros & Cons: Your Snapshot

Overall, AdvancedWriters knows how to deliver a well-researched, properly formatted paper with an acceptable originality rate. However, its pricing remains quite steep, especially for urgent orders, and especially considering that the paper quality wasn’t exactly exceptional. While free plagiarism reports and revisions are an advantage, AdvancedWriters also fails to offer 24/7 customer support or introduce revisions immediately.
