In our experience, the 3.4 rating it has on other review platforms is quite generous and doesn’t necessarily reflect the quality you can expect from EasyEssay. Given the many better alternatives, EasyEssay isn’t worth your trust or money. So, without further ado, let's look at this service and what it offers.

To test the service and give you the most unbiased of all Easy Essay reviews, we ordered a 5-page expository essay on a nursing topic, Patient Safety. It was a university-level essay that required scholarly sources and critical analysis. However, there was nothing too complicated or unusual about it. It was a standard nursing essay that every writer with expertise in the subject could complete decently. Unfortunately, this wasn’t what we got from EasyEssay.

Frankly, the only two benefits of the completed essay we received from the service were the lack of plagiarism and the fact that the paper was ready on time. The price wasn’t high, but it wasn’t very affordable.

Other essential aspects of any academic writing service - the quality of writing, communication with the customer support team, writers’ willingness to revise the draft, and so on - were outright bad. 

When it comes to other platforms we reviewed, things like these often make people ask questions like “Is Nerdify legit?” We asked ourselves a similar question after walking in the customer’s shoes on EasyEssay.

If we were students searching for a high-quality and reliable academic writing service, we wouldn’t order from EasyEssay again.

The initial impression of EasyEssay is generally positive, but it doesn’t last, which is why we think this Easy Essay review can be helpful for a lot of students. The website itself is user-friendly, with clear navigation and an uncluttered layout. However, the ease of ordering and the attractive website could not compensate for the shortcomings in the service.

Upon receiving our nursing essay, we couldn’t miss the discrepancy between the quality promised and what was delivered. The essay lacked depth and understanding of the subject matter. The content was superficial; it seemed like the writer first heard about patient safety when they had already started writing our paper. Moreover, the writing style was inconsistent, with sections that seemed disjointed and poorly integrated.

This experience starkly contrasted with the professional and competent image that EasyEssay projects on its website. While they claim to offer a service tailored to student needs and guarantee quality and affordability, our experience suggests that these are mere marketing claims. The lack of depth and quality in the essay raised questions about the expertise of their writers and their commitment to delivering high-quality academic work.

EasyEssay’s customer support team, which is available 24/7, initially seemed promising. This round-the-clock availability is essential for an online academic writing service (even more so if they take on urgent orders). However, when we contacted the support about the poor quality of the essay, the support team’s response was less than satisfactory. Having since seen a few other Easy Essay reviews, we know that’s common.

Instead of prompt and effective assistance, we were met with slow response times and a lack of helpful solutions. When we expressed our concerns about the essay's content and quality, the support team's responses were generic and unhelpful. They assured us that our feedback would be considered, but no tangible action or resolution was offered.

The support team is supposed to be the first point of contact for resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. In our case, however, they seemed ill-equipped to address specific concerns about academic content. They didn’t offer us to revise the essay, which would be a logical suggestion. Instead, we had to write three long messages detailing our disappointment before the writer finally agreed to revise our paper.

Arguably, the most important part of our Easy Essay review is its writers. EasyEssay boasts a large team of over 500 professional writers with different educational backgrounds and areas of expertise. The website claims these writers are carefully selected through rigorous testing and subject to ongoing quality checks.

Unfortunately, the nursing essay we received painted a very different picture; a single look at it made it obvious that the writer who wrote it knew next to nothing about nursing, not to mention patient safety. The delivered work was underwhelming. The arguments were superficial, and the research seemed cursory at best. Quite a few factual mistakes showed the writers’ complete lack of expertise. This was surprising and disappointing, given the website's claims about their writing team's qualifications.

The pricing system at EasyEssay, with rates starting at a seemingly affordable $10, initially seems fair. However, once we saw our essay, we instantly realized the reason for the outrage at EasyEssay’s prices we saw in other EasyEssay.us reviews online. Given how abysmal the quality of writing is, $140 for a 5-page essay (the price we paid) is way too much.

All prices must be weighed against the quality of the output. In our case, the seemingly fair market-level prices did not translate into high quality. The essay lacked the depth and professional knowledge required for a nursing assignment. Submitting such a poorly-written work wouldn’t be a good idea even if it were free.

Also, the concept of value for money in academic writing services extends beyond just the monetary cost. It includes factors such as the service's reliability, the writers' expertise, the effectiveness of customer support, and the assurance of receiving a well-researched, well-written paper. Based on our experience, EasyEssay has serious issues with most of these. There are cheaper yet higher-quality competitors out there.

According to the revision policy at EasyEssay, every customer can have their order revised for free as long as no new guidelines are added. However, when we requested revisions for our poorly written nursing essay, the process was ineffective, to put it mildly. For this EasyEssay.us review, we needed to check the service’s responsiveness when revising orders. Our findings were disheartening.

First, we had to write three long messages explaining what was wrong with the paper before the writer finally agreed to make the changes. Our paper would've never been revised if we hadn’t been so persistent. Also, the changes were superficial; they failed to improve the essay's fundamental lack of depth and academic insight.

The writer fixed a few grammatical errors here and there, added one paragraph (which was explicitly required in the initial instructions, by the way), and that’s it. Overall, out of the 20 things we asked the writer to fix in the essay, they fixed about 5 or so. We were completely disappointed.

EasyEssay promises an impressive 98% on-time delivery rate, which was one reason many students chose this service. Also, our EasyEssay us review wouldn’t have all the necessary information if we didn’t address the deadline options the service offers. They range from 8 hours to 14 days; the longer the deadline is, the lower the price per page is.

We received the paper on time, but the promptness of the delivery did not make up for the massive flaws in the content. What’s more, because of the long back and forth we had with the support team and the writer about the revision we wanted, we didn’t receive the final version of the paper until about 8 or so hours after the deadline. Once again, EasyEssay failed to deliver on its promises.

EasyEssay guarantees that all papers its writers deliver are completely free of plagiarism. Customers can even request a plagiarism report to ensure their order is original. Ours was. Despite the lower-than-expected quality of the essay we received, there was no plagiarism, at least not according to the plagiarism report.

However, EasyEssay’s plagiarism policy doesn’t address other aspects of academic writing, such as the accuracy of information, the quality of arguments, and the coherence of the writing. 

Unfortunately, that is a common issue emphasized in Expert Writing reviews and StudyBay reviews. Not all writers pay attention to those critical aspects.

The paper we ordered might have been original, but it was so poorly written that it’s clear that Essay Easy doesn’t care about academic integrity.
